Erlend Sigvaldsen is currently the Board Chairman of NCG Norway, and has 30 years working experience within development, having done more than 130 assignments. Svein Jørgensen is economist and currently Managing Partner in NCG. He has more than 40 years of experience within all sectors of development work. He has lived and worked in Asia and Africa, and he has worked in East and Western Europe, South and Latin America and in the Pacific. He has been Team Leader for a number of project reviews, in particular within Private Sector Development. He has also extensive experience with the use of satellite data for earth observations.

Development practitioner with 20 years of multi-sector experience in development finance and programme design, planning and implementation. Strong thematic knowledge and expertise in innovative climate finance initiatives and ‘green growth’ modalities. Technical expertise in macroeconomic analysis and PFM with a focus on public debt management and sustainability. Due diligence and evaluation/appraisal competence is reinforced by strong integrative, policy dialogue, and operational skills, an

38 years of experience with natural resources development, environment/climate, institutional development and private sector development. Key services: appraisals, reviews, monitoring and evaluations of projects and programmes. Experienced team leader/project manager and expert in RBM and LFA, also as tutor/mediator.
