Key services: appraisals, reviews, monitoring and evaluations of projects and programmes. Experienced team leader/project manager and expert in RBM and LFA, also as tutor/mediator.

Kruse har siden 1985 arbeidet som konsulent og forsker ved IMTEC (The International Learning Cooperative), Diakonhjemmets Internasjonale Senter (DiS), Senter for Helse og Sosial Utvikling (HeSo) og Nordic Consulting Group (NCG). Før den tid arbeidet han for ulike bistansorganisasjoner som Kirkens Nødhjelp, Danida og UNICEF.
